A conversation starter is a new topic or check-in, not each individual message. Either person can start; natural replies are included without using another allowance. Your Kelian proactively starts enough conversations to meet your weekly minimum if you haven’t already. Messages are asynchronous, with replies during published working hours and a target of one working day, not instant replies. Exchanges do not automatically close. PLUS adds a scheduled weekly 30-minute video call — simulated only here. For adults 18+: companionship, not dating, therapy, or crisis support.

When will my Person reply?
Your Kelian responds during their published working hours, with a target of one working day. This is ongoing asynchronous messaging, not appointment-based text chat or instant replies. All working hours shown here are fictional.
What counts as a conversation starter?
A new topic or check-in from either person. Replies in an existing exchange never use extra allowance. There is no automatic closing, reply restriction or per-message counting. Kelians initiate the remaining weekly minimum where members haven’t already started it.
Will I speak to the same person?
Yes. Your membership is built around a consistent match, so you can pick up where you left off.
What do we talk about?
Whatever feels natural: your day, shared interests, something you watched, or the little things on your mind.
Can I change my match?
Of course. In the finished service, you could ask the KELIAN team for a different match. The admin demo lets you preview that process.
Is this a live service?
Not yet. This is a design prototype with fictional people and sample pricing. No payments, real accounts, or messages are activated.
